Wholesale
For registered motor vehicle dealers only, ADESA wholesale auctions enable dealers to restock their inventory with retail-ready used vehicles. These auctions are held every week at all ADESA auction sites and provide registered dealers, brokers, automobile manufacturers, rental agencies, corporate and government fleets with a complete remarketing and used vehicle solution.
Fleet/Lease
ADESA offers a full menu of products and services that allow fleet/lease customers to achieve consistency across the country. Our professional remarketing programs include comprehensive vehicle inspection, secured storage, extensive inventory management, reconditioning and block representation for all sales.
In addition, ADESA provides key web-based remarketing technologies, including ADESA LiveBlock and ADESA DealerBlock, as well as the employeepurchases.com program. ADESA can customize a remarketing program that will work specifically for you.
Boat & RV
ADESA boat & RV auctions offer a unique opportunity to remarket recreational equipment to boat & RV dealers. Complete inspections, engine testing and mechanical repairs, safe storage of repossessed units, and targeted marketing provide a safe and easy way to get top dollar or to locate hard-to-find inventory.
Public
Generally, ADESA auctions are for registered wholesale automotive dealers, closed to the public. However, some ADESA auction facilities hold regular public sales where a wide variety of units are made available to the general public. At these sales, buyers can purchase light vehicles, heavy trucks and a wide variety of specialized equipment, including construction or manufacturing items. Heavy Truck and Equipment
ADESA auctions bring together buyers and sellers of heavy and medium duty trucks and trailers, equipment, and specialty vehicles with strategic marketing initiatives at several auction locations across the United States. ADESA heavy truck and equipment auctions provide strategically located repossession drop sites, comprehensive condition assessments, reconditioning services, Internet sale inventory and live auction sales.
Salvage
Insurance total-loss and repairable salvage vehicles are sold through Insurance Auto Auctions (IAA). IAA operates auction facilities throughout North America, including locations in Canada which operate under the name "Impact Auto Auctions." IAA conducts live weekly auctions and enables buyers to acquire vehicles electronically through I-bid LIVEsm, IAA's live auction internet bidding technology. With I-bid LIVE, buyers can pre-bid before the live auction or bid in real time along with the live local bidders just as the auction is happening.
Through its Vehicle Remarketing Auctions (VRA) division, IAA also specializes in the sale of over-aged, high mileage and damaged vehicles catering to the specific needs of fleet lease, rental and institutional remarketers.
